DHSUD Registration
Registration with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development is required under RA 9646. Upload your DHSUD certificate.
Government-Issued ID
A valid Philippine government ID for identity verification. Passport, UMID, driver's license, or PRC ID are accepted.
Authority to Sell (per listing)
Each property you list requires a written Authorization to Sell from the property owner. This is a legal requirement — upload it when you create each listing.
