Is listing really free - no trial period?
Yes. The free tier has no time limit. You can register, get verified, and keep listings live indefinitely at no cost. Premium and Boost are optional upgrades, not requirements.
When will Premium and Boost be available?
We are building these features now. Registered users will be notified when they launch. Early adopters on the free tier will receive priority access.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We do not charge for registration, verification, or listings. We do not take a cut of your transaction. The only charges are Premium subscription and optional Boosts, which are clearly priced.
What payment methods will you accept?
GCash, Maya, and major credit and debit cards via PayMongo - the Philippine payment gateway.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. Premium will be billed monthly with no lock-in. Cancel anytime and your account reverts to the free tier - your listings stay live up to the free limit.
Do owners need to pay to get verified?
No. Verification is free for both brokers and owners. The Verified Owner badge costs nothing to obtain or maintain.
