Property Title (TCT or CCT)

Upload your Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) for houses and lots, or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) for condos. This proves you own the property you're listing.

Government-Issued ID

A valid Philippine government ID matching the name on the title. Passport, UMID, driver's license, or any primary ID is accepted.

Real Property Tax (RPT) Receipt

Your most recent RPT receipt confirms you are the active taxpayer on record for the property. This is an additional layer of ownership verification.
