• Improve the Platform and user experience;

• Brokers are responsible for handling your data in compliance with RA 10173;
• We are not responsible for the broker's conduct or any resulting transaction;
• Users may opt-out of lead sharing at any time by contacting dataprotection@listahanan.ph.

We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

• With government authorities, as required by law;
• With service providers and IT partners who support the Platform, under strict confidentiality agreements;
• With legal representatives or courts, when necessary to enforce our Terms or protect our rights.
